Morning Walk / Early RisingMorning walk is one of those healthy habits which brings lot of benefits to us. It keep our body fit and fresh through out the day. In the morning the air is fresh , pollution free and full of oxygen. So, morning walk is the good start for the days's work. Besides the fresh and pollution free air enlivens our limbs and organs. It brings us close to nature. If we walk in the early morning, we see the beauty of the rising sun,smell the flavor of the of the fresh flowers and hear the sweet songs of the early birds. It helps us to build our body and mind. It keeps off blood pressure and blood sugar. Morning walk protects our heart. It makes our mind free from anxieties. So, I think each and everybody should form the habits of morning walk for his/her own sake. so goes the good saying: " A morning walk in a day keeps the doctor away."
